African Canadian Trade Company Inc. (ACTC-INC) was founded with the vision of building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships between Canada and African nations through trade and education. After multiple trips to Africa to survey the market, Chayo Moses Nyawello, the founder, saw an opportunity to create lasting trade relationships. ACTC-INC was conceptualized in 2016 and established in Canada in 2019 with a mission to engage African nations as partners in business, education, and infrastructure development.
ACTC-INC is committed to ethical business practices, aiming to create opportunities for economic growth, technological innovation, and sustainable development in Africa. By working closely with Canadian embassies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Trade, the company is pioneering new markets for Canadian products like lumber, agriculture, oil and gas, and other key commodities.
Our goal is not only to boost trade but also to contribute to Africa’s social and economic development through transparent partnerships, respecting African cultures, resources, and people. ACTC-INC strives to promote shared success by connecting Canadian and African businesses, while also contributing to scientific research and educational exchange programs.
